If there are parts of the terms that you do not understand, we recommend that you contact customer service before you start shopping on the website.




These terms and conditions apply when you order or buy items on the website. The terms of trade may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations), and therefore we ask you to accept the terms every time you trade with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Website and any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means www.gomaye.com.

If you do not accept the Terms, you may not order or purchase items on the Website.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without justification within 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession. Read more under "Right of withdrawal".

The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the product's contractuality. Read more under "Defective goods and wrong goods".



The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed due to maintenance. We try as much as possible to perform such maintenance during the night hours.

An order placed on a public holiday or holiday will be processed the following weekday.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase items on the website as well as possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

We can only execute your order if the delivery address is a private address or company address in one of the countries we ship to Denmark.

We do not deliver to mailboxes.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

  • Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
  • Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or committed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity
  • An unintentional error occurs on the website, eg a payment error etc.
  • We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age

Agreements / purchases can only be entered into via the website. We do not process orders placed by telephone or in e-mails, letters or faxes. 


At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?

Before placing the order, you have the option to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping cart.

When you click "Pay" you will receive a receipt on your screen and / or email. From this point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under "Right of withdrawal".

Please contact our Customer Service if you made a mistake when you placed your order - they are ready to help you.

You will receive an order confirmation in an email.

After the conclusion of the agreement, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see below.

Access to the agreement

You will receive by e-mail a confirmation of the contents of the agreement as well as a copy of these Terms. We keep agreements entered into, including the order confirmation, for a certain period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be available on the website afterwards. Please read more under "Follow your order and see history". 


Measures against fraud

In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we can carry out verification checks. The verification check may include the data that you send when you order on the website, including your address and payment information.

Check digits (Credit Card verification number (CVV))

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's check digits. You will find the three check digits on the back of your credit card, most often on the right side of the back of the credit card. The control figures are necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar safety precautions.

Payment procedure

When your item leaves our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be deducted from the selected payment service.


Prices and delivery

All prices quoted for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.

Costs related to delivery, shipping or postage can vary and are added for each order.

Standard delivery price: 5.95 EUR
Free delivery on all orders above 69.95 EUR.

The prices on the website are displayed in the currency that applies to your country.

Delivery terms:

Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

Gomaye typically delivers within 1-3 business days. Reservations are made for sold-out items and delayed delivery time at Gomaye.

Your item will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on which shipping method is used.

In the event that the carrier asks for a receipt for the goods upon receipt, it does not necessarily have to be you who receives the receipt.

People at the delivery address (eg a family member, a friend, receptionist, etc.) can thus acknowledge receipt with binding effect for you.

If you are not at home on delivery attempts, the carrier will leave a receipt informing you of the details of the next delivery attempt or for self-collection. Please note that our carrier can also deliver the item to your neighbor if you have agreed to it and if circumstances allow.

Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you want to complain about any errors and defects, you must inform us about it, read more under "Defective goods and wrong goods". 


Separate deliveries

If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be required if certain items are delayed or not in stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.


Follow your order and see history

You can contact customer service if you want information about the status of your order. You can also follow your order via the tracking link from the shipping company


Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your purchase without justification within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession.

In the case of several different items, which are ordered in one order, but delivered individually (ie separate deliveries), the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the last item in physical possession.

In the case of an item consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, obtains the last lot or the last part in physical possession.

The withdrawal period is complied with if you submit your returned product to a distributor before the withdrawal period has expired. Remember to get a receipt when handing in the package.

Consequences of regret

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have been notified of your decision to cancel this agreement.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

NOTE: In the event of partial cancellation (where the right of cancellation is only used for parts of the same order), delivery costs are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office / carrier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.


Goods return:

If you want to return an item(s), you must do it within 30 days after you have received it/them. You are responsible for all costs in connection with the return, unless there was a damage on the product when receiving it (or the like).

If it is a normal return, GOMAYE is not responsible for any costs connected to the return shipment. 


If you want to return an item you must fill out the enclosed return form and put it in the shipping box together with the invoice and the style(s) you wish to return.

Always remember to get a receipt when handing over the package.

Return information - Norway:

If you want to return an item(s), you must do it within 30 days after you have received the package.

In this case, please use our online return portal here.


When you have put in the information needed and we have approved your return, you will receive an email with the return label. The label must be printed and attached to the package.

When we have received and processed your return you will receive a confirmation email.


NOTE: We will charge a return fee on €9.95 which will be deducted from the return amount.


Defective goods and incorrect goods:

If your item is defective or we have delivered the wrong items, please contact our Customer Service. Can you already see the lack, etc.? at the time when the carrier wants to make delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.

In case of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:

  • Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned item
  • Return the item, have it repaired and sent again when our Customer Service has processed the returned item,
  • Return the item and receive a similar item when our Customer Service has processed the returned item, provided we can deliver a similar item, or
  • Keep the item and request a proportionate reduction in the purchase price.


In order to obtain one of the above options, the complaint must of course be justified. This means that the defect is not due to ordinary wear and tear or incorrect use of the item.

When you contact Customer Service, you must provide the order number and any item number. In order for us to best process your complaint, please send an email to our Customer Service (contact@gomaye.com), where you describe what is wrong with the item, etc. Please send 2-5 pictures with the description, where the defect is clearly visible, and where the photograph shows the entire product. We will then process your complaint as soon as possible.

You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of a defective item or a defective item. Of course, we will refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs once we have received the item back, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item.



Other conditions:


Website update

We do our best to update the website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the items can occur, however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-compliance with our obligations under the Terms if the delay or non-fulfillment is due to events beyond our reasonable control.


Completeness of the agreement

These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.



Should one or more of the provisions of the Conditions be declared completely or partially invalid, the other provisions will continue to apply.



We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement entered into with you, to third parties. The transfer is of course provided that the standard of the service you receive is not impaired. We will notify you of any transfer. By accepting these terms, you agree to such possible future transfer. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the transfer, your rights can only be asserted against the third party in question.


Personal information

We treat your personal information confidentially. Please read our Privacy Policy, which tells you how we use the personal information you provide to us in connection with the booking procedure and your use of the website in general. Find our privacy policy here.


Right of appeal

You are of course always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have complaints about an item that you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted both by phone and by email. You can find the contact information on our Customer Service under 'General information' above.

You can also submit a complaint about an item that you have purchased from us to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Boards.

You can also use the European Commission's online complaints portal when submitting a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You can lodge the complaint at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Choice of law and venue

Any agreement entered into between us using these Terms is subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
