Delivery information Delivery time, delivery options and shipping costs:
We strive for a delivery time of 1-3 business days. The time of delivery depends on which delivery option is used. We do not ship on closing days and holidays.

Shipping costs 5.95 EUR for delivery to a private address.

If you shopped for more than 69.95 EUR, shipping is free.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Of course, you can. Contact our support for a change or cancellation of your order. Contact information can be found at the bottom of the page here.

Can I pick up my package from you?
No, unfortunately it is not an option to pick up your package at Gomaye.

You will receive an SMS or email from the forwarder with your tracking link when your package is shipped from our warehouse. At that link you can follow your package all the way.

I have not received my package
We are very sorry! Contact our customer service and we will find a solution as soon as possible.

Return information
If you want to return an item(s), you must do it within 30 days after you have received it/them. You are responsible for all costs in connection with the return, unless there was a damage on the product when receiving it (or the like).
If it is a normal return, GOMAYE is not responsible for any costs connected to the return shipment. 

If you want to return an item you must fill out the enclosed return form and put it in the shipping box together with the invoice and the style(s) you wish to return. 

Hand in the return package at a parcel shop of your own choice.

Always remember to get a receipt when handing over the package.


When will I receive my money after returning an item?
Once we have received your return item(s), we will endeavour to transfer the money to your account within 6 business days.

Notification of defect
If you have a complaint, please enclose the complete order information with the package to expedite it and enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation.

If your item is defective or we have delivered the wrong items, please contact our customer Service.

When you contact Customer Service, you must provide the order number and item number. Please send an email to our Customer Service (, where you describe what is wrong with the item, etc. Please send 2-5 pictures with the description, where the defect is clearly visible, and where the photograph shows the entire product. We will then process your notification of defect as soon as possible.
